About this apartment rental
Newly constructed, two bedroom, one and a half bath apartment. Located inside a working horse barn. The 1890s farm sits overlooking Lake Charlevoix, and is conveniently located within a 10 mile radius of Boyne City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. No matter the season there are always activities to participate in. From beaches, to boating, to shopping, to dining, to skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling. Although this farm holds its 1890s charm, the finishing touches are being put on this brand new apartment. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of storage. All brand new linens, towels and bed coverings are provided. The working kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, even a Keurig for your morning coffee. All pots, pans, and table settings are at your finger tips. The kitchen is open to the main room which includes a large farm table . The sleeper sofa, and two large chairs surround a cozy fireplace for the cold winter months. The entryway is a great place to dry out wet towels from the beach or icy skis from the slopes, and is adjacent to the half bath which also includes a full size washer-drier.

Had the most peaceful fall getaway at this beautiful property! The house was clean and kitchen well equipped. The property and horses are so beautiful, it could be straight out of a movie scene! Will definitely be back soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location is great for easy access to many quaint up north towns. It was a little too close to the road but once inside we did not notice road noise or lights. Thank you for sharing.

Well appointed new cottage. Very cute and comfortable. We would appreciate a couple fans for the bedrooms. We really appreciate being able to bring our little dog. Charlevoix, Horton Bay is a beautiful area. This home is close to nature and to towns. We would love to stay again. Thank you.

This rental was very well cleaned and in a central location making it easy to visit Boyne City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. The owners seem like nice people and allowed us to stroll around the farm to see the horses. You do have to drive a bit to find a place to eat out, but that didn’t bother us.
