First of all…. I would stay there again. The location is great in my opinion. The price was fair. The condo unit was okay (not great, but not the worst either). The pictures are accurate, but they don’t tell the whole story. The side of the refrigerator facing the kitchen is covered in rust, which makes the whole thing look nasty. The same is true for the AC air intake. The sheet rock in the living room down at the baseboard is a mess. I know this is a minor cosmetic thing, but it makes you realize that the owner doesn’t care about the condition of it. The sofa sleeper is so uncomfortable to sit on you won’t even want to (we never opened it, so I can’t say what the mattress is like, but I’m sure it isn’t good). The items in the kitchen are below par (we weren’t able to make spaghetti because there’s no big pot). All they have to do is add some cheap cookware that people can use. As a result, we had to eat out every night. Those are the negatives, but like I said, I would stay there again if I ever go back to the area.
