The location is awesome. Access to the beach and other PB attractions is awesome! The lesser stars are only because the condo is in desperate need of some TLC. The mattress is two soft divots. The sleeper sofa is terrible…it’s so broken down that one corner of the sofa isn’t even comfortable to sit on, let alone sleep. While the place is serviceable, it really needs a new sofa den new mattress on the bed, new paint and a really deep clean. The property manager only communicates on their terms, but doesn’t really personally communicate. You get the automated messages, but I never got a response to an online inquiry I posted before we checked in. And, as a minor complaint…there was no hand soap. We had most of the other necessary items for a short trip, but some hand soap would have been helpful. It was fine. We had a good trip.

Overall it is a very nice rental property, with one minor complaint, the mattress is past its useful life and the pillows are terrible. It wouldn’t cost much to replace those and it would definitely earn this property a 5 star review otherwise. Oh and more than 6 hangers in the closet would be nice! Otherwise a great stay and I highly recommend it!
