LARGER FLAT SCREEN TV IN LIVING ROOM! Located on the quiet west end of Pensacola Beach, our complex is located on a private sandy beach on the intra-coastal waterway, referred to by locals as 'The sound'. Fishing and beautiful sunsets from our very own private dock. FORT PICKENS ENTRANCE IS ONLY .2 MILES TO THE WEST. Access to the GULF OF MEXICO is a 5 minute walk across the street in either direction with a wooden boardwalk walkover. The water at our beach is perfect for children, boating, fishing and relaxing. Sunsets are gorgeous!
Inside you will find everything you need with tasteful decorating. FREE WIFI INCLUDED!!! All three TVs have streaming capability.
BAR HEIGHT patio furniture makes relaxing outside even more enjoyable!
Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella included.
We are located on the FIRST FLOOR over covered parking on the corner which makes this unit very private. ONLY ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS, and your car stays cool! No elevator in buildings A B C D E and F
Top floor units have no covered parking.
MUST BE 25 TO RENT, COPY OF VALID DRIVERS LICENSE UPON REQUEST.
Minimum stay required varies throughout the year.

Janet’s condo is located in a great spot for relaxing on the beach and enjoying the restaurants and shops of Pensacola beach. My sons and I enjoyed swimming in the pool, lounging on the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets on the bay.

We have stayed at many places but this stay was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The owner ensures your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. If we come back to Pensacola we will certainly stay again!

Janet was amazing!! We were able to get in early after driving all night. The king bed in the master was amazing, slept like a baby! The pool and pier were icing on the cake! A vacation with our youngest who celebrated his birthday and his gf, made fun memories!! Janet even texted that the blue angels were returning and we saw them…so cool!! We saw dolphins and a sea turtle too. The turtles in the pond were fun along with the ducks as well! We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended renting from Janet!
