This top floor unit has too many amenities to mention. You will witness breath taking sunrises and sunsets over the beautiful white sands of Navarre Beach. This condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably with its queen-sized bed and full-sized sleeper sofa. This unit has access to a large crystal clear pool with private access and a gazebo with grills provided. This property has a private beach area on the Hobe Sound and is a block away from beach access on the gulf. Enjoy the beach by day and relax by the pool at night. You will also have access to the fishing pier to experience the thrill of catching the ocean life as well as the grilling area where you can have a bottle of wine and watch the sunset! Laundry facility located on premises. You will have elevator access to the 3rd. We do short and long term rentals. We had a great time, the location of the property as well as the unit is perfect. It is well maintained, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities that one would need. Very relaxing and enjoyable with beautiful views and sunsets.

This property was as advertised, it was cozy and very nicely decorated. The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond in making sure we had what we needed. The fridge went out the day we arrived and they quickly had a tech scheduled for repairs. Unfortunately, parts were delayed but, the owners were nice enough to supply us with a mini fridge. Adding the golf cart was a plus! Highly recommend this home for a couple or small family. In a beautiful area of Navarre.

The unit is outdated (but just recently sold we were told). Cleaning could have been done better. Upon walking in, plastic wrappers from straws were on floor, floor sandy and splatters on wood work. Bathroom smells badly of cigarette smoke. And tub drain was clogged. As we were there only 4 nights we made the best of it. Hopefully new owner will paint completely to rid of smell and new cleaning personnel. Beach was beautiful.
