This unit has no interior stairs and a wheelchair ramp is available to access the unit if needed. Sunset Harbour Villas 1-111 accommodates up to four people with a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin-size beds in the guest room. Mealtime prep will be easy and convenient with a fully equipped kitchen.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Just 5 minutes away from Windjammers and Andy Ds and within moderate walking distance to great white sand beaches behind the property. I recommend driving a little ways past the house and find a quiet beach around the dunes!
