Our property is located in the quiet and safe suburbs in Citrus Heights. A great spot to vacation if you're looking for a family-friendly home within close distance to restaurants, activities and shopping and within reasonable distance to Downtown Sacramento. There are endless restaurants in the surrounding area, including Superb Pizza, Habit Burger, Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse, Sushimono, El Tapito and so much more. We are less than 15 minutes away from both I 80 and US 50, and approximately 23 minutes from Downtown Sacramento. Auburn, filled with hiking trails, rivers, fishing, and even a waterfall is just a quick 25 minute drive up I 80. Less than 30 minutes from Sacramento International Airport, this home is in a great neighborhood for guests who want to be just outside of the Downtown life.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door. Both devices record audio and video 24/7.Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
