The property was clean and well-stocked. It accommodated each of our family members very well. We really liked the layout of the garden and pool. Only thing that stuck out was the state of the pool when we arrived as well as a moldy cutting board. Codi was VERY responsive and I personally always appreciate that. Regarding the pool - while we understand there are economical reasons to keep the pool maintenance tools on a schedule, etc, we figured for the price we were paying for a whole feature of a pool, that it would be literally ready to JUMP IN the moment we checked in - not have to skim it ourselves and figure out how to turn on everything. Perhaps have the robot running all day of check in? It didn't stay an inconvenience for long and it definitely didn't hinder us from eventually enjoying the pool. Otherwise the home was a very nice base to come back to after our long day at the lake.

Place was clean and pictures are accurate. The backyard space was quite nice even though we didn’t actually get in the pool we enjoyed the setting. We had a wedding to attend so lots of activities outside the house but it served our needs well and I would recommend and stay there again.

The property worked for what we needed, but it definitely needs a little TLC and maintenance.
