Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and a queen memory foam pullout sofa sleep up to 10 guests. Two king bedrooms create inviting places to retreat, including a private master suite with a ceiling fan, smart TV, and sliding doors that open to the screened patio and pool. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bidet and a jetted soaking tub. The Harry Potter room features a full bed and a twin bed, while the Star Wars room includes two twin beds, giving younger guests spaces that spark imagination and comfort.

Kitchen and dining
A kitchen equipped for everyday cooking makes shared meals simple, with space to gather at the dining table or enjoy a relaxed breakfast on the shaded patio. Breakfast is provided, and multiple coffee maker options support every morning routine. The home also offers a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, WiFi, and an ethernet connection for guests who need to stay connected.

The private outdoor pool - available all year and open 24 hours - and the private hot tub create comfortable places to unwind at any hour. The home as a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is right off highway 27 and connects to I4. Great commuter location. Overnight street parking requires a special pass that must be obtained from the host upon check in. Uber and Lyft are readible available.
