This cuddly, cozy holiday apartment on the top floor with approx. 72m² (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.
A large living room with an open kitchen, fireplace and a balcony facing the harbor await you!
Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom and a guest toilet allow up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
There is a parking space at the house.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.
In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.
WiFi is available free of charge.
No Smoking! Pets not allowed!
There is a minimum rental period of 3 days for this apartment.
Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

Die Ferienwohnung hält was sie verspricht. Ich war schon einige Male in der Ferienwohnung Koralle zu Gast und man fühlt sich vom ersten Tag wie zuhause. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Blick auf die Ostsee ist einfach nur Toll. Ich komme wieder.
