Amazing Villa located in the area of Sa Punta of Portocolom with capacity for 8 persons.
This white Mediterranean-style Villa with green windows is ideal for families and small groups. We enter the house through the garden and a beautiful staircase takes us inside the house; the living room is very spacious, it has an interior garden with a beautiful dome surrounded by columns; once we cross the interior garden we find the television area with two sofas and an access to the terrace; the dining room has a beautiful glass table and designer chairs; it has a large fully-equipped kitchen with white furniture and wooden floor. From the living room, we access to the right wing of the house in which there is a full bathroom with shower and a double room with a double bed. On the left wing of the house, we find a double room with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a room with a double bed and an office area ideal for work and a large suite with a double bed, dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub.
The exteriors of the house are very spacious. From the dining room, we access the covered terrace area with an armchair area and a dining table, next to the terrace, there is a pool surrounded by hammocks and pine trees. The back garden of the house is a very nice pine area with tables, hammocks and a barbecue.
The house has heating, table tennis, Wi-Fi and a Satellite TV.

Sauberkeit des Pools waren beeindruckend! Sehr sauber! Alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände vorhanden!
In den Bädern könnte an verschiedenen Stellen etwas gründlicher geputzt werden.
Im direkten Umfeld wird an verschiedenen Stellen gebaut und verursacht morgens sehr früh eine relativ starke Lautstärke. Wir waren Frühaufsteher, deshalb nicht wahnsinnig tragisch. Für Langschläfer vielleicht schwieriger.

The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The children loved the pool and the table tennis and there was plenty of room for all of us to relax. The house was spotless and the team were great at answering any queries we had. The views from the terrace were stunning and we were super impressed with the facilities. A brilliant holiday, we didn't want to leave. Thank you so much.

Lovely stay.
Beautiful large house with grounds.
Fans in all rooms - no air con.
The beach is a 5min walk.
The nearest grocery store, even for basics such as bread, water is a 15min drive into the main town of portocolom, so plan your stay well!

The villa is in a lovely quiet area, with 3 small beaches very nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for self-catering. There is plenty of space for 6 people. The pool is excellent, a great size for those who enjoy swimming. My children thoroughly enjoyed diving in. The beds are comfortable and there is excellent water pressure for showers. Plenty of hot water also.
There is no air conditioning, but with shutters on the windows, the rooms can be kept cool with the large ceiling fans.
Without a car, you need to travel by taxi. There is no local convenience store, the nearest is a 30-minute walk. The main supermarket (Eroski) is a 40-minute walk, so you must order a taxi to get back.
The WiFi is OK, but for a large house, it is pretty weak. If there are a number of devices connecting at the same time it becomes very slow.
I would also have been very grateful if there was more mosquito repellent. They are quite vicious and they obviously like our blood because we all go attacked regularly, day and night.
