About this villa rental
A spectacular luxury villa located next to the sea in Cala Murada in the east of Majorca. The house accommodates 10 people
The house is a spectacular 3-storey house refurbished in 2017 and with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It accommodates a maximum of 10 people. The house has air conditioning and heating throughout, two gas chimeneas, one in the dining room and another in the main suite, WiFi connection, satellite TV and spa area with sauna and jacuzzi.
We access the house via the first floor. Crossing the threshold into the 50 square metres of living room we are rewarded with spectacular sea views. Adjacent to this zone is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with two sofas and a 105 inch television. The living room has large windows which can be fully opened so that you can enjoy the sea breeze as if you were on the terrace. From the dining room you access two terraces, one to the side which is covered and has a table, so is an ideal place to spend the mornings or enjoy lunch. There is another terrace next to the pool which offers spectacular views of the island’s east coast. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of these with en suite bathroom. There is also another double bedroom with sea views, bathroom and toilet.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a lovely private terrace. There is also a spectacular suite measuring more than 30 square metres with bathroom and living area. Both bedrooms have fantastic sea views.
On the ground floor level, constructed in a zone of rocks just a few metres from the sea is the pool, 10 metres in length, together with a spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. There is a further double bedroom on this level with access to the external area.
On the rocks the house have a private beach, a play area, a fish pond and a barbecue. Include 4 electric bicycles available for customers.

Die Lage ist phantastisch! Ohne jeden Zweifel. Und die Ruhe (wir waren im Oktober da) einfach genial! Das Haus entspricht den Fotos. Wenn man aus den gleichen Winkeln schaut -) Der Pool war super sauber, aber auch sehr kalt. Leider darf man scheinbar auf der Insel die Pools nicht heizen. (Dank an die Grünen)
Die Übernahme sowie Abgabe erfolgte autonom via Schlüsseltresor, sehr unkompliziert.
Es gibt scheinbar sauber und sauber.
Ebenfalls in Sachen "Einrichtung" im speziellen in der Küche, Geschirr, Messer, etc. ist in einer "Luxus Villa" mit diesen Tagesansätzen, noch massig Potential nach oben.

Sehr tolle Lage. Zimmeraufteilung und Einrichtung ist sehr gut.
Schwimmbad sehr schön und ein Trampolin war super.
Schwimmbad wurde mehrmals gereinigt.
Überall Meerblick. Ein sehr schönes Haus.
Für eine Luxus Villa zu diesem Preis:
-Keine Einweisung
oder zumindest ein Infoblatt
-Keine Geschirrhandtücher.
-Alle Messer sehr stumpf
-Kochtöpfe und Schüsseln zu wenig
-Teilweise kein richtig warmes Duschwasser. Im unteren Zimmer ging die Deckenbrause gar nicht und teilweise nur kaltes Wasser.
-WLAN die letzten drei Tage nicht vorhanden
-Fliegengitter fehlten teilweise oder waren defekt.
-Auf der Dach-Terrasse war alles grüne vertrocknet was kein schönes Ambiente war und nicht grade sauber.
-Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wäre nett gewesen.

Amazing villa, 9 of us stayed here including 3 toddlers. We had lots of space and had pretty much everything we needed. The views are unbelievable and feels very private and not at all overlooked.
We felt the villa was very safe for children as the pool area is separate from the main living areas/balconies so we could have the sliding doors open without worrying about them getting into the pool by themselves.
It would be great if the owners could restock the kitchen with new pans, knives, glasses & general kitchen utensils. It is a very luxurious villa but we felt this let it down.
You definitely need a car if your staying at this villa as it’s exclusive location means you will need to drive to restaurants, bars & the beach. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you don’t drive.
We loved the beach & beach bar at platja murada only a few minutes drive down the road.
There are some fantastic restaurants in Portocolom about a 15 minute drive away - colon, babbo, nomi & HPC.
Not sure if the pool was heated or whether it’s just because it’s in the sunshine all day but it felt very comfortable to get into. We’ve stayed at some villas before where it’s been hard to get in as it’s so cold.
Overall an incredible place and we would definitely return!
