About this cottage rental
Spacious house with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (one en suite), a porch with a barbecue, an outdoor dining area, a ping-pong table, an outdoor lounge, and a pool/solarium. Only 3 km from Manacor, near the Rafa Nadal Sports Center. Ideal for groups or families looking for a spacious house.
It is a very spacious house, 250 m2, with mountain views.
It consists of three living rooms (two of which have TVs), a dining room, a kitchen, 6 bedrooms with two single beds (90x190), one with a double bed (180x200), and 5 bathrooms (one en suite). Pool with a sun terrace, a porch with an outdoor dining area, a lounge area, and a barbecue.
It is very close to the Rafa Nadal Sports Center, where you can enjoy:
a visit to the museum, the spa center, a spectacular gym, and a restaurant.
It’s ideally located for exploring the rest of the island by car.
It’s 3 km from Manacor, where you’ll find a variety of supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona...).
In Manacor, just 3 km away, there is a train station connecting Manacor to Palma de Mallorca, as well as a bus station, local markets, shops, and restaurants. There is also a greenway for cycling and long walks.
The nearest beaches are Porto Cristo, Romantic Beach, Calas de Mallorca, Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, and the unspoiled beaches of Cala Varques and Cala Virgili.
Our vacation home services include changing sheets and towels for stays longer than 7 days, cleaning the pool every 2 days, and a final cleaning of the house.

The house is located in the countryside, 3 km from Manacor and a short distance from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. It is a secluded house with no neighbors nearby.
Rural house, very close to Manacor. It is recommended to have a vehicle, as it is 3 km from Manacor.
We are available by phone 24 hours a day; a welcome gift is provided, and we meet our guests upon arrival. The entire area surrounding the house is for the guests’ private use.
According to Balearic government regulations, an eco-fee of €2 per person per day must be paid upon arrival at the house for guests over 16 years of age.
Groups of people under 25 are not allowed. Parties are also not allowed.

Very good overall, Inma responded to a couple of issues very quickly and extremely professional. Pool great but steps very steep and around pool I feel would be better with more safety rails around it for small children. Air conditioning really good. You really need a car to get around.

We appreciated the flexibility, availability, and warmth of the welcome. Inma was very helpful before and throughout the stay. The house was the perfect size for our group of 14, very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a good sized pool. We would happily return!

We stayed here for just over a week and it was everything we could have wished for. The property is extremely spacious, easily accommodating our group of 13. There are three lounge areas inside as well as the seating area outside, and the outside table was large enough for us all to eat together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also large and airy and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need.The outside space was fantastic and the lack of neighbours meant total privacy and no need to worry about noise. The pool area was great and larger than we thought.The property was well cared for and the caretaker was on hand daily to sort out any problems. The owners were also very helpful before and during our stay.From the property were were within easy reach of many of the beautiful coves along the south coast but also able to access the north of the island in about 45 minutes. The airport is also only a 40 minute drive away. The town of Manacor is a 2 minute drive away and had a choice of supermarkets.This is a fantastic villa that accommodated 13 adults and provided us with a great base to explore Mallorca
