Very characteristic stone house located north of Lucca on the border of the beautiful mountainous natural area Garfagnana, which offers excursions to a more untouched and unknown part of Tuscany. If you are looking for an active holiday, you can hike, cycle or raft in this area. Those interested in gastronomy can swing by the many small, characteristic eateries, where time seems to have stood still and the local dishes taste as in the old days. There are lots of nature experiences in this area. Deep canyons, rivers, magnificent views, stalactite caves, the opportunity to experience the botanical garden with medicinal herbs, fencing with bears, small castle towns and much more.



The house is so centrally located that with a stay here, you can combine the more famous Tuscany such as Lucca, Florence, Pisa with the many options the peaceful and less known Garfagnana has to offer.



The house is surrounded by private and secluded fenced garden. The private swimming pool 5 x 10 x 1,50mt is child-friendly fenced with access through gate. It is mandatory to monitor bathing children. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and parasols.



The home itself is spread over 2 floors consisting of:

entrance to hall with desk, living room with sofa and TV, well-equipped kitchen (oven, gas burner, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nordic coffee machine, kettle, microwave), WC. Both from the living room and from the kitchen there is access through window doors to the garden.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower (hair dryer). Exit to a first floor terrace.



There are different relaxation zones in the garden. On one side of the house you have a covered terrace furnished with soft comfortable outdoor lounge furniture. With access from the first floor is another terrace. Behind the house, with direct access from the kitchen and with the possibility to monitor the pool, you have the outdoor dining area with dining table, chairs and parasol. Barbecue.
