Beautiful house in a small town in Italy

We were surprised about the location. Montemarcello is a very beautiful town. The house is in front of a plaza, where you can find a local restaurant. The house is big. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Views were amazing.

The only bad thing is that there is no celphone signal in the house and the internet did not work during the whole weekend. Which for us traveling with a baby, was risky.

Great care by Cristina. Comfortable bed. A lot of space.

Basic furnishing. Quite hot inside. Quite difficult to reach by car (unloading the luggage in a narrow street +/- 100m and parking +/- 500m from the apartment). Beach on +/- 10 minutes drive.

i WILL unquestionably return and enjoy all this area has to offer. just amazing.

location location location. If you are wanting to head to Cinque Terre and don't mind a bit of travel to access the area this is a terrific place too. Montemarcello is a very charming small medieval village accessed on foot. delightful piazza where people hang out, a small store to buy necessities, a café, bar and three restaurants all in this hilltop village. Hiking trails literally right outside your door as well, with beach access a ten minute drive as well as many more restaurants. Getting to Cinque Terre from Montemarcello involves getting to La Spezia and then taking the train for the easiest access, but the drive to La Spezia is stunning and you may not ever make it to Cinque Terre :)

Old plumbing can be a challenge. Be prepared to ask for some assistance with this. If you aren't able to walk easily up and down hills this may not be the best situation for you. Its not far to the parking area but there is a little steep area to go through.

The apartwas cozy and could have been a nice place if only it was kept up.

The location was sweet. Short walk from the parking lot to the front door was a bit hard with luggage. The apartment was a very nice place

There were no garbage bags in any of the cans, no available Wi-Fi, no paper towels, the kitchen linens were dirty, the kitchen was filthy, no working vent fan or light. The bed frame was broken and just sitting on the ground around the bed. There is mold growing in the shower. The shower handle was broken. We got locked out of the house - was given wrong key.

Der Ausblick, die Gegend.

Muffiger Geruch, Stockflecken auf Matratze, allgemein dreckige, fleckige Matratzen unbezogene Betten, dreckige Duschen, fehlender Duschvorhang, stinkender Kühlschrank, schlecht ausgestattete Küche, offene Kabel, kaputte Steckdosen. Nur der phänomenale Ausblick mildert den Schock. Wir werden das Haus auf keinen Fall wieder buchen.

Bellissimo, da rifare!

Bellissima vista sul mare con tramonto, posizione ottima e comoda vicino a tutto. Casa molto ampia con spazio esterno.

Il wifi è presente ma nelle camere non prende, unica pecca il parcheggio non presente, ma capibile essendo in un borgo così. Ci sono comunque due parcheggi grandi relativamente vicini. Leggermente lontano dai supermercati, bisogna per forza prendere la macchina

Altes Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit einer außergewöhnlichen, tolle Lage im malerischem Dorf.

Das Haus ist alt, in typischem ligurischen Stil und schön, Die alte, zentrale Wohnung/Haus liegt auf dem Hauptplatz von Montemarcello, einem sehr malerischen Dorf nicht weit von den Cinque Terre, Lerici und die Versilia Stränden. Vom Balkon im 1. Stock undvon 2 Schlafzimmern genieß man einen phänomenalen Blick auf das Meer und den Golfo dei Poeti. Im Dorf sind ein Café, ein Lebensmittelladen und ein paar Restaurants, alle sehr gut. In der Nähe sind viele Wanderpfade, die Strände sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto oder mit steilen Pfad/Treppe mit 650 Stufen zu erreichen. Das Haus kann man nicht mit dem Auto erreichen, Vorsicht bei vielem Gepäck.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Bäder. Dusche mit Vorhang oder gar nichts. Die Küche ist praktisch, aber schlecht ausgestattet: wir waren zur 2, aber zu 6 hätte es nicht genug Gläser und Teller gegeben. Keine Weingläser. Das Patio gut eingerichtet mit Tisch und kleinem Sofa, aber da lagen auch die Mülleimer, viele trockene Blätter in den Ecken, ein verstopftes Waschbecken. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sauber aber nicht gut gepflegt und auch etwas unordentlich. Vielleicht lag das aber auch daran, dass wir nicht im Voraus reserviert hatten und direkt am Ankunft Tag gebucht haben... Die 3 Zimmer und 2 Bäder sind mit Treppen verbunden.

To øverster etager er skønne - den nedeste vil jeg mene er ubeboelig.

Fantastisk beliggenhed på byens torv. Skøn udsigt fra øverst altan. Autentisk og fin stand.

Lugten fra det nederste rum i huset. Der er en muggen og ubehagelig lugt. Værelset så ud til at være rimelig nymalet, men man kunne se skimmelsvamp rundt omkring.

Super séjour dans cette maison avec vue mer incroyable dans un petit village pittoresque

Très belle maison de village avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Maison spacieuse et très bien agencé avec lit confortable. Equipement au complet. Non accessible en voiture mas le parking n'est pas loin. Je recommande vraiment, le village est très beau et l'emplacement est génial!

het uitzicht was geweldig en een prima uitvalbasis om andere steden en dorpen te bezichtigen

We waren hier vier jaar geleden en er is werkelijk niets verandert of aangepakt, bij aankomst werkte de wifi wel, maar was er geen internet, waardoor ik mijn werk niet kon doen, ( dit is wel maandag meteen gerepareerd). schimmel in de badkamer, lampen die niet werken, stopcontacten die los zitten, drempels die in stukjes los liggen, vuil in de hoek van het balkon, etc, etc, Kortom, we hadden hier weer geboekt omdat het vier jaar geleden perfect was. Het viel echt tegen deze keer

Mimo codziennych próśb przez cały pobyt nie udało się naprawić wifi w obiekcie. A sam dom jest tak położony że nie ma w nim zasięgu sieci komórkowych. To stary dom, więc na najniższym poziomie odczuwalny jest zapach, który nie każdemu może odpowiadać.

Dom był brudny, w ofercie jest cały dom do wynajęcia, nam udostępniono tylko część. Brak pościeli, gdyby nie nasze koce marzlibyśmy w nocy, było zimno. Naczynia i meble brudne, dom od dawna niesprzątany, okna bardzo brudne. Toaleta się zapchała podczas normalnego użytkowania, dopiero wtedy właściciel udostępnił drugą, mimo, że w ofercie były dwie. Brak internetu i zasięgu w całym domu, WiFi nie działało. Dostałyśmy 2 ręczniki na 4 osoby. Okropny pobyt
