About this villa rental
Casa do Pátio is located in a quiet and peaceful area in the city of Albufeira, just a few minutes from the Marina and the Old Town.
Casa do Pátio has been completely renovated in a typical environment using regional materials, decorated to feel at home. It has 3 en-suites, dining and living area in the same environment and a fully equipped kitchenette.
In the house you can enjoy two swimming pools, the pool in the dining and living area on the main floor (heating option) with sun loungers. On the last terrace (rooftop) a small swimming pool with panoramic views and a lounge space, you can also enjoy a small kitchen (fridge, dishwasher and electric grill), a dining area and a toilet.
In the Villa you can enjoy WiFi in all areas, Air Conditioning in every room, Alarm, Safe, Private parking with automatic gate.
Suite 1 - double bed (160*200), bathroom with shower and terrace;
Suite 2- Two single beds (90*200) WC with hydro-massage bath and terrace;
Suite 3 - Two single beds (90*200), bathroom with shower and terrace;
Villa not recommended for people with reduced mobility and difficulty climbing stairs.
Children over 7 years old are welcome.
Pool can be heated at additional cost.
At check-in, a deposit/guarantee deposit of €750.00 will be requested, refundable 2 to 5 days after check-out and cleaning and inspection of the villa.

Our stay was just what we were looking for. My fiancée and I were celebrating my Mom's 60th with my step-father, sister and her bf. The space gave us all our own space and own bathrooms. There was both pool spaces for us to hang out together or take some alone time. We were recommended a private chef which we used 1 evening which was also amazing. Overall great experience with our stay

Property presented in a perfect manner. Well appointed. All amenities and fit out 5 star.
We were three couples and really appreciated having a bathroom each.

The home was very clean and comfortable for our group of two adults, two teens and two seniors. Although the walk to the strip was a bit longer than our previous stay in Albufeira, it caused us to discover some local gems of dining nearby to the villa. The Ubers were great to get to some of the beaches and then returning to the pools after a day on the beach was wonderful! The owners provided a lot of nice touches like regular fresh towels and a welcome wine/snack. We highly recommend this property!

Casa do Patio was more than what we imagined! So clean, spacious, tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. The views of the surrounding area were great. The view of the sunsets from the upper level were spectacular. Excellent communication with Heloisa throughout our stay. Would definitely return. Chef at Home with Chef Goncalo was a memorable experience.
