The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with underfloor heating and a kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for 2 people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed with woodburning stove, along with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a front garden with a lawn, gravelled area and decking with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 3.8, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved pet is welcome and a dog bowl, towels and treats are provided. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Nightingale Cottage is the perfect romantic retreat for two.
