With plenty of space for the whole family with 1900 sq. ft., four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, including two master suites (one on each level). Relax by the pool to the soothing sounds of a gentle waterfall, or unwind on the boat dock where you might catch a glimpse of manatees or dolphins playing in the canal. Update: Beginning Fall 2025, this home will receive several updates! The downstairs bedroom will be upgraded with a king-size bed, the upstairs bunk room will be transformed into a cozy office featuring a twin daybed, and all flooring will be replaced. Once the updates are complete, new photos will be taken and added to the listing.

Boat lift is not available for guest use. No boats allowed to dock with our permission from management.
For your safety and security, this home is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the front of the home.

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Pets: Under NO circumstances are pets allowed due to homeowner allergies.
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (7) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers.

We choose this home for a 5 night getaway to celebrate my youngest daughter’s 12th bday. The house was just as described. The home was very well decorated and appliances were lovely. The pool was a huge hit with my daughter, granddaughter, nephew and Goddaughter that my husband and I brought. My family will definitely return if still available in future and we stay in palm coast! Thx for sharing your home!

This is a lovely clean home. Location is great for getting to restaurants, golf courses, and bike trails.
The home is spacious offering two living spaces with comfortable furniture. A modern kitchen that is well equipped with new appliances and cooking equipment.
The pool area is very nice and the view of the canal is great doe seeing dolphins.

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated and clean home. Everything we needed was here. We were in town for a funeral and decided to stay here rather than with family just to have a break each day from mourning. The outdoor space and pool were such a treat. It helped take our minds off the sadness even if just for a few moments. We can’t thank you enough for that. Will definitely stay here again!
