Located in beautiful Palm Coast, just 4 miles from the beach, this professionally designed home offers the perfect setting for families, couples, or friends to unwind, reconnect, and soak up the sun.
Bring your boat and tie up at the private dock—sailboats welcome, with no bridges to the Intracoastal Waterway, just ¾ mile away via the canal. Spend your days kayaking, lounging poolside, or watching the sunset from your waterfront patio. With two oversized garage bays, there's room for your vehicle and gear.

Every bedroom includes plush bedding and a Smart TV, creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere for rest and relaxation.

Whether you're cruising the canals, lounging under the sun, or gathering for dinner by the pool, Coastal Paradise is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
THINGS TO NOTE
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8-10) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: This is NOT a pet friendly home. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.
POOL HEATING
Pool Heater Charges: The cost for pool heating is $100 per week, plus tax.
Note: The pool heater is available only during the cold season. Oct 1 - April 30th. The pool heater will be set to 80 degrees and will run approximately 8 hours. Please note that actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions. During colder periods, the heat pump may struggle to maintain the set temperature, so we kindly ask that you temper expectations accordingly. In climates where average daily high air temperatures aren't sufficient to maintain the pool water at a swimmable temperature, a pool heater is required for comfortable swimming. In NE Florida we have days where we do not reach air temps that will allow the pool heaters to work properly. Because heat pumps transfer heat instead of generating it with combustion, they're most effective in climate zones where the average daily air temperatures during pool season are greater than 60 degrees F. During the winter months, it will be almost impossible to keep the pool temperature comfortable enough to swim as we have days where the temperature dips down into the 30-degree range. Please temper expectations based on the climate and avg weather temps for this region before booking.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and immaculate the house was. Every detail, from the beautifully furnished rooms to the well-equipped kitchen, made us feel right at home.The outdoor area was simply amazing! The pool was sparkling clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. The jacuzzi was an absolute highlight—so relaxing and a great way to unwind in the evenings. We spent countless hours enjoying the sun and the serene surroundings.This house truly exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained property with fantastic amenities, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

The home is gorgeous with a great location -- brand new, great decor, fun amenities. 10 minutes to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. One of the only houses I've rented that was truly fully furnished from blender to pot/pan sets to even a crockpot. Very clean. Liked the pool waterfall and lights at night.
