Totally remodeled home inside and out. Contemporary and spacious but still feels like home. Enjoy the beautiful setting overlooking the Canal from almost every room. The home has a smart home speaker and app. Talk to it to play your favorite music, turn on a table lamp or change the temperature.
All three bedrooms have tvs and ceiling fans. There is one Pack n Play.
The pool has fun, automatic color changing lighting. Solar heat keeps the pool water at a nice temperature. There is an electric pool heating system that we can turn on remotely if requested. This system will heat the pool to 84 degrees. The cost is only $35 per day for each day of heating. Please keep in mind if air temperatures are below 50 degrees, even overnight, the pool may not be able to keep the temperature to 84 degrees.
When you are ready to be inside, play pool in the Florida room and ping pong in the garage.
Don’t forget to go to the beach! The home is close to several beaches, all about 10 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away as well. The city of Flagler is about 20 minutes down A1A, which is a fun place to visit, grab a bite to eat, enjoy the winery and walk on the beach. We list some of our favorite places to visit and eat in a visitor’s book at the house.

We provide a starter pack of paper towels, garbage bags and soaps (bath, laundry, dishwasher and dish soap). If propane tanks are empty, propane tank exchanges are available for purchase at the Circle K on Palm Harbor Pkwy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The home and property were very well maintained and clean. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor on the Canal! Before we even arrived, our Instacart order was delivered early, and Mississippi went above and beyond by arranging for a neighbor to bring everything inside for us. That level of care and communication really set the tone for our trip.The home itself was clean, spacious, and full of things to enjoy. As soon as we arrived, the guys headed straight for the pool table while the rest of us settled in and relaxed. We did experience some Wi-Fi issues during our stay, but Mississippi responded quickly and even had the neighbor, Rob, come by to help. We think we simply had too many devices connected, so the internet stayed a little slow throughout the trip.Thankfully, that just encouraged us to spend more time enjoying the hot tub and pool! The pool lights weren’t working yet because a replacement part hadn’t arrived, but Mississippi was upfront about it and apologized immediately. The patio lighting still provided plenty of light for evening swims and created a really nice atmosphere.Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay for me and my family, and we truly appreciated the responsiveness and hospitality throughout our visit.

This place is amazing!!! Beautiful, clean and close to everything. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The host, Brian, is very accommodating and super nice. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Brian for an amazing trip!!!

Everything was absolutely fantastic! It's a beautiful home, well appointed everything you could ever need. We had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in that area. Definitely would rent the property again!
