Gather your crew at this large 2-story charming home; perfect for group hosting. Your Palm Coast adventure begins in this 6-bedroom house.
Our home features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a Pool room, a cozy TV room with plenty of comfy couches, a coffee bar & tea room, two dining areas, a full kitchen, a lovely outdoor patio, partially fenced in yard & ample on-site parking. Three bedrooms are upstairs and three are downstairs.

Before You Book:
The Festive Flamingo is is located in a residential community.
No smoking anywhere inside the home. Violations will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee.
Pets: We charge a $100 pet fee (maximum 2 pets). We have a partially fenced yard (it backs up to woods). Pets should stay on leash both on and off property.
There is a locked storage closet in the front entryway of the home. This room is off-limits to tenants.
Guests must sign and agree to the Festive Flamingo Short Term Rental Agreement and agree to complete the Truvi background screening before the reservation is complete.
All bookings are non-refundable upon payment. However, if a Guest must cancel their reservation, then we will reopen the cancelled dates on the booking calendar.
If any portion of the cancelled dates is successfully booked by a new guest, a refund will be issued to the original guest. The refund amount will equal the nightly rate secured from the new reservation, minus a $50 administrative processing fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the new check-out completes. We cannot make any guarantee that the dates will rebook, or rebook at the same nightly rate.
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, external security cameras are active on the premises front door & driveway. These cameras record video and/or audio and monitor the front door entrance 24/7. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or facing private outdoor spaces like bathrooms, bedrooms, or enclosed outdoor showers. Tampering with, covering, or disconnecting any security camera or internet equipment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Our photos are a true-to life reflection of the property. We love our home's classic character, which means you'll spot some outdated features and vintage touches. We aren't a sleek modern condo, but we are cozy, and clean, and full of charm.
Departure Checklist:
Upon departure, Guests agree to do the following:
Please throw away loose food waste and trash in available trash bins.
Please don't leave wet towels on the carpet. Thank you for your understanding. No need to strip the beds. We will take care of that for you when we clean.
CITY OF PALM COAST VACATION RENTAL COMPLIANCE
To ensure a peaceful stay and comply with the City of Palm Coast's Short-Term Rental Ordinance, our guests must agree to the following local property regulations:
Mandatory Occupancy Cap: Local ordinance mandates a strict maximum limit of 10 overnight guests. Per city code, children under the age of 3 are entirely exempt from this count. All occupying guests' names and ages must be submitted to the host prior to check-in to satisfy city registration requirements.
Strict Vehicle & Parking Boundaries: Our driveway comfortably accommodates up to 4 standard vehicles. The City of Palm Coast strictly prohibits parking any vehicles on the grass/lawn or street at any time. Overnight swale parking (within 15 feet of the road edge) is illegal between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
Quiet Hours: Palm Coast enforces strict noise thresholds. Continuous outdoor noise cannot exceed 60 decibels during the day (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM), and local Quiet Hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Local Trash Can Ordinance: City ordinance requires all trash to remain inside the provided city approved containers. Trash bins cannot be rolled out to the curb before 6:00 PM the night before pickup and must be brought back in by midnight on collection day.
Leash Laws: Up to 2 pets are welcome! However, city guidelines state that all pets must remain on a physical leash at all times when off the immediate rental property boundaries.
Additionally, our City requires us to obtain a signed lease agreement for your stay. We are also required to screen the Primary Guest to ensure they are not a sex offender. The Primary Guest must also certify that all guests are not sex offenders. We will complete the background check using Truvi. Screening must be completed within 48 hours of submitting your booking request.

Daily Essentials: Only 5 minutes to local grocery stores, pharmacies, casual dining spots, a large and small dog park, and James F. Holland Memorial Park, a massive 26-acre active recreation hub with a massive state of the art aquatic play area.
The Flagler & Hammock Beaches: 15-20 minutes to pristine local Atlantic beaches.
St. Augustine Historic District: A scenic 25-minute drive north to explore America's oldest city, historic forts, and cobblestone streets.
Daytona Beach or Daytona International Speedway: A 35-minute drive south for race events, bike weeks, and the famous boardwalk beach drive.
