Everything from how clean the house was to how much space there was for 12 people. Also the convenience to the beach, A1A and surrounding areas.
Didn’t like that there was no washcloths.

The house was nice. Easy to get an Uber to and from stores and such. Kitchen was nice and big. They had plenty of dishes, cups etc.
The downstairs bedroom closest to the laundry room had a bad odor so we ended up not using it. It kind of smelled like wet dog, but the rest of the house was great! The toaster did not work well. May want to consider replacing it.
