Comfy apartment for VF stay

Excellent location and comfortable stay on the Via Francigena. The host allowed us to check in a bit early. Nice to have kitchen facilities.

There was a bit of a mildew smell, attempted to be covered by air freshener.

Amazing little apartment with everything you need!

The apartment had everything we needed for our visit. The bed was comfy with additional blankets. The apartment was clean. There was tea and coffee along with a fridge to keep our milk and water chilled. There were facilities to cook if needed. It felt very safe and secure, and the contact to collect the keys were well communicated. We liked how central it was too. A very cute apartment, ideal for our short visit to Lucca, and the seeets were a very welcome treat! I would definitely book this accommodation again and will be recommending it to friends.

Great location but disappointing hygiene

The location was excellent - very central. It was extremely quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment smelt of damp even though windows had been left open before I arrived, and there were mould patches in the kitchen area. The bathroom has not been well planned or fitted, contributing to the damp problem I expect. The place is in need of thorough redecoration and some maintenance work. Although it had been cleaned in the obvious areas (kitchen and bathroom surfaces) there was dust in corners and some cobwebs. I don't think it's really suitable to be let out in its current state. The bathroom window needs mosquito netting.

Cute split level apartment in the center. Well equipped kitchen and dining sitting area downstairs and bed- and bathroom on 1 floor. Very quiet location on a courtyard.

Well equipped, comfortable and in a great location within the city walls.

For me as a single traveller it was perfect. I didn’t use the sofa bed so can’t comment on that but the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. I guess if four people were sharing they’d need to know each other pretty well as privacy would be limited but for a single person or couple it’s excellent. Be aware the kitchen doesn’t have a microwave, just two rings and a toastie maker so plan your grocery shopping accordingly, and U.K. travellers in particular note it’s a Moka stovetop coffee maker not an electric kettle.

Struttura nel pieno centro di Lucca. Appartamento pulito e accogliente, curato nei dettagli e confortevole.

Il bagno un po' piccolo ma comunque sufficiente. Manca l'aria condizionata, è stato sufficiente il ventilatore perché il clima era mite, ma in piena estate potrebbe essere un problema.

Apartament bardzo przyjemny na pierwszy rzut oka, lecz wymagający remontu/wymiany kilku sprzętów. W łóżku brakowało kilku desek przez co było niewygodne, kran w kuchni odpadał i było dość brudno

Casetta piccola e accogliente in centro a lucca, senza troppe pretese ma molto pratica!

posizione in centro , piccola ma accogliente , in zona molto tranquilla , quindi non senti rumore nella nottte anche con le finestre aperte! l'abbiamo usata principalmente per dormire, dato che eravamo sempre fuori, ma ha tutto l'essenziale con una piccola cucina, e pure una lavatrice!

il letto è un poco duretto e i cuscini andrebbero cambiati! magari con quelli a memory!

Es un apartamento muy pintoresco en el casco histórico de Lucca, bastante cerca de la plaza central. Tiene dos pisos. No es muy grande pero es confortable.

La cama del sofá cama del piso de abajo está destrozada, se dobla y es bastante incómoda. No cuesta nada poner otra y mejoraría bastante la comodidad general, tanto como sofá como cama.

Confortevole e intima, gestore molto disponibile!

Posizione ottima per le nostre necessità, casa pulita e deliziosa a livello estetico, intima e accogliente. Il gestore è stato davvero gentilissimo ad anticipare per noi il check-in a causa di impegni nel primo pomeriggio.

La dimensione del bagno in generale era un po' ridotta, senza bidet e con lavandino davvero piccolo. D'altronde l'intero appartamento non è enorme, quindi capisco che a livello di gestione di spazi quella sia stata la soluzione migliore. Comunque la doccia era ampia e pratica, con teli sia per asciugarsi sia come tappetino per non bagnare a terra!
