Amazing stay

All wonderful - a lovely stay in a very modern and clean apartment with its own sauna. The breakfast first morning of our stay was very nice and the host Erika very welcoming and helpful. Ski area just 10min by car. We fully enjoyed it and will be happy to come again :)

Book it now, you won’t regret it

if you are reading this and this property is available to rent, do it now!! easily the best place to stay in this area… everything about it is perfect. it’s super clean, the location is literally right at the start of the trail to the gorge, and so many other trails are within walking distance. Erika is the best host ever, very friendly and gave us awesome passes that got us into local museums and trails for free! also gave us a really plentiful breakfast the first morning which was very much appreciated. We just loved it there and hope to come back sometime.

The navigator in the car really didn’t like the address lol but you can see the house from the street so we did find it easily. Otherwise everything was perfect

Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ein Überraschungsfrühstück am ersten Morgen war das Highlight. So liebevoll mit Croissants und Kuchen, Joghurt und Milch. Sehr lecker. Nochmal vielen Dank. Eine top moderne Wohnung. Unsere Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Reich und wir hatten ein bequemes Doppelbett. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mit nur 8 Minuten zum Skigebiet Ratschings wunderbar ruhig. Um die Ecke gibt es ein Sparmarkt mit frischen Produkten und einem sehr empfehlenswerten Cafe`. Alles in allem kommen wir gern wieder.

Tutaj jest wszytsko czego potrzebujesz

Miejsce jest idealne na bazę wypadową zwiedzając Dolomity, dobry dojazd do wszystkich topowych miejsc. Sama właścicielka przemiła i bardzo gościnna. Miejsce przestronne, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, ręczniki, pachnąca pościel, balkon i śniadanie na powitanie o 6 rano bo wybieraliśmy się wcześnie w góry.

come sentirsi a casa ma vivere un posto meraviglioso

appartamento moderno , arredato con buon gusto. molto spazioso e confortevole adatto anche a più di 2 persone. giardino meraviglioso e un ottima atmosfera complice il paese adatto molto a persone riservate. punto strategico se ci si vuole spostare per visitare molti posti , cosa da non sottovalutare le cascate di stanghe praticamente a due passi . proprietaria veramente graziosa , sa accogliere le persone e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. posto auto riservato , nulla da recriminare

Fantastico e rilassante

Pulita ordinata e confortevole. Ricca di piccoli comfort che rendono il soggiorno sicuramente più gradevole. Il silenzio e la tranquillità di questo posto sono fantastici, aiutati anche da un isolamento sonoro dell’abitazione incredibile.

Volendo essere pignoli, i piatti non comodi, soprattutto perché non si inseriscono bene nella lavastoviglie in dotazione.

Comfort eccellente, luce naturale e grande ospitalità

La casa è del tipo CasaClima. La temperatura e umidità sono sempre perfette. Il soggiorno e la camera principale hanno due pareti trasparenti da cui può entrare molta luce ma che possono essere completamente oscurate grazie ai frangisole motorizzati. La colazione offerta dalla proprietaria, il primo mattino del soggiorno, è stata eccellente e abbondante: tutti prodotti freschi e del territorio. La biancheria a disposizione era oltre le nostre necessità.

Aggiungerei un microonde alla dotazione della cucina. In camera, aggiungerei delle semplici lenzuola non imbottite oltre al tipico sacco-piumone.

Una esperienza molto bella, che ci ha riempito il cuore.

Super la colazione offerta da Erika, recapitata fuori dalla porta di ingresso, con prodotti freschi e buonissimi. Appartamento con finiture di pregio, molto curato, moderno ma nel rispetto della tradizione tirolese. Veramente stupendo.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein Sportplatz und zwei Tennisplätze. Da wird morgens ab 8 Uhr Tennis gespielt. Für alle die sowieso zum Wandern früh aufstehen ist das kein Problem. Ansonsten war alles Top!

Struttura nuova e moderna, a pochi km da Vipiteno. Abbiamo alloggiato nella Penthouseloft 2, bellissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort , dalla cucina attrezzata al bagno e docce enormi e per rilassarsi è presente sauna privata! Apprezzato anche il garage al piano interrato e l'ascensore. Torneremo sicuramente! A presto Erika
