The cozy apartment "Haus Hubertus - FeWo 5" is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The inviting apartment accommodates 4 guests and features a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available in the main building opposite Haus Hubertus. Cable TV is provided in the apartment. Enjoy beautiful landscape views from the balcony with your morning coffee.
A special highlight is the wellness area, offering hotel-level comfort. Facilities include a Luis Trenker infrared cabin, steam bath, sauna, and relaxation room. Outside, you’ll find a Kneipp fountain. Guests may use the sauna for an extra fee. Private sauna rental may be possible (arrange on site). Breakfast can be booked for a small extra fee if desired. The town of Sterzing (Vipiteno) with its historic center is about 40 minutes (30 km) by car. Merano is also 40 minutes away.
