Excellent location. Perfectly situated, being around thirty seconds from the large, sandy Agia Marina Beach - on the quiet edge of town (yet only a five minute walk away from the centre). We also had a large balcony overlooking the mainly deserted beach next to open fields and forested hills. The apartment has everything you need - all cooking facilities, and private toilet & shower.

Η τοποθεσία και η θέα εξαιρετική. Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι καλό και άνετο. Υπάρχει βασικός εξοπλισμός στην κουζίνα.. Σημαντικό επίσης πού καλοδεχονται τα κατοικίδια μας.
Θα μπορούσε να γίνει μια μικρή ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια και στα λευκα ειδη. (Πετσέτες, σεντόνια)Το βασικό πρόβλημα στην Αγία Μαρίνα, είναι ότι σχεδόν σε όλα τα καταλύματα που έχω μείνει μυρίζουν πολύ άσχημα οι αποχετευσεις. Αυτό, με έναν καλο αερισμό του χώρου και με ένα καλό αποσμητικό χώρου λύνεται σημαντικά.

What you need is in the room, balcony overlooking ocean & nice touches like water in the fridge & some other bits & bobs. The location is a 30 minute bus ride from Aegina town (€1.80) & only a few steps down on to Agia Marina beach. I didn't see my host during the stay but she was available on WhatsApp.
The outside is a little off-putting when you first arrive & seems run down. The room decor itself is quite dated in style but for the price it was very reasonable & did the job as a beach side apartment.
