The apartment answered our needs, providing affordable accommodation in an excellent location

Location was perfect. The apartment was warm, safe and beds were comfortable. Contact with hosts was efficient and polite; they were flexible and accommodating regarding special requests which helped us significantly.

Smell from the drains. Some scented products to mask this ongoing issue would be useful.

Nice apartment in a very good location!

Absolutely fabulous location it felt safe and everything that was needed (like shops, metro etc.) was very close by. The apartment itself does require some TLC but had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, it was clean and cozy. Great value for money!

A little instruction on how to use the TV and internet would have been very useful.

Good location and price but not the best

The apartment is well placed for central Paris. The owner is helpful and the property was clean and well maintained. The elevator to the sixth floor was great, and helped when we arrived with our luggage.

The wifi code on the instruction sheet did not match the code on the router, and neither worked which was frustrating. It was very hot when we stayed, and the abscence of air conditioning meant we had to keep the windows open at night. Sadly our neighbours were extremely noisy until around 3 am which made it impossible to sleep. This is clearly not the fault of the owner, and perhaps it would suit more party animals than us.

Superb location, spacey, faulty WiFi and AC

The apartment location was perfect for my purposes, including an event at the nearby Intercontinental Opera. The apartment had plenty of space and kitchen-wise had all the equipment you would need. Price was very good considering that it was Paris Air Show week.

The AC system, which would have been very useful given it was a hot week, did not work well and was showing an error. The Internet WiFi listed on the Information Sheet was not available / visible and I was provided with an alternative that must have been from a nearby apartment, but the signal was weak and speed low and, by the 2nd morning, was no longer available or visible. The representative / landlord did not respond to my query about the AC or about the missing WiFi.

close to everything

air conditioning was not cold. We had to open the windows. shower drain was bad. Every time we took a shower, it overflowed. The place was a little small for 4 people to move around.

Be Forewarned DO Not Stay Here!

Everything was bad! It was hard to find this place. I called management to walk me through it over the phone. We arrived later than planned 7:30 pm and found the apartment dirty. The administration called for cleaning and we waited 3 hours, it was 1030 p.m. by the time we got in the room. On the hallway floor was a large piece of wood that covered a hole and was very dangerous. Upon entering the room there was a stench coming from the drain in the bathroom that was stomach-wrenching and the air conditioner did not cool off the very small space. I called management and was told, "It was fixed". Ironically there was a fan in the room. We could not even open the windows because there were no screens and the mosquitos were rampant. I called the third time and all of a sudden the guys' English skills became nil! It was too late to go anywhere else. In the morning my sister booked another apartment through booking.com and we left. I messaged the contact info I had and put the keys in place. I contacted booking and did not get the result I expected. Hopefully, Karma will do a better job! The management told me they would refund me but lied and so much for our Paris trip!

One of these suites I would stay again the other I would avoid at all costs.

Location was great.

Awful smell in the bathroom of one suite and didn't trust using the shower. The host was responsive about coming to "fix" but it did little difference. We kept the bathroom door shut at all times and still we couldn't stay in one of the suites for long periods. Windows were open always and made little difference.

We left apartment after 30minutes. The photos are not accurate. Furniture stained, old and cracked.

The accommodation was not cleaned, there was rubbish in the bin, hair on the bathroom floor. The furnishings are stained and dirty. The hot water system leaking over the kitchen counter tops. The blinds in the bedroom, broken. The shower very dirty. There was blood and dirt on the bathroom door. The furniture stained, cupboards old and cracked. I’ve taken photos for proof. I emailed the apartment manager immediately and said it was not acceptable and that we were leaving and we’d like a refund. I’ve contacted them multiple times without a response. We left the apartment within 30minutes.

A localização é excelente! Perto de quase todos os pontos turísticos, ao lado da Ópera Garnier! Tem mercados e restaurantes ao redor do apartamento!

A comunicação com o anfitrião não foi boa! Mandei algumas mensagens e não tive retorno! Quando cheguei na acomodação tinha xícara suja na pia, e a cama estava bagunçada, como se tivesse alguém deitado.

Solo e soltanto la posizione

Pulizia inesistente, lenzuola piene di polvere, asciugamani una a testa e non di più, carta igienica due mini rotoli per quattro persone e quattro giorni. Fai presente un problema allo staff e neanche ti risponde. Non mi sono stati chiesti neanche i documenti per rendere l'idea di serietà della struttura. Sono un soggetto allergico e trovo che la quantità di polvere presente sia nella biancheria che nell'appartamento sia imbarazzante, ma più di tutto ripeto che mi ha infastidito la totale indifferenza dello staff. Aggiungo divano letto scomodissimo, nonostante sia giovane e non abbia mai sofferto di dolori alla schiena, qui mi alzavo ogni mattina con la schiena a pezzi

Lo mejor que tiene el apartamento es su ubicación. Se encuentra en las mejores zonas de París y es muy céntrico. Volveré a repetir.

Zona comoda, calma e collegata con i mezzi. Posizione favorevole e tranquilla anche in tarda serata.

Check in non disponibile all’orario predefinito dall’host, dovevano ancora eseguire la pulizia, accesso con oltre un ora di ritardo. Pulizia scarsa e parecchie parti della casa rotte (armadio, bagno,.. ) Non consiglierei questo alloggio

Estadia agradável em boa localização

A localização era excelente, mesmo atrás da Ópera. O apartamento era perfeito para uma escapadinha rápida para 2 pessoas, para 3 considero um pouco mais apertado.

A torradeira fazia disparar o quadro, então não o conseguimos utilizar. A internet também não funcionava, dava sinal e ligava mas quando ligado não apanhava sinal. As televisões também não funcionaram, não sei se foi por causa da internet mas são as únicas coisas que recomendava serem resolvidas para melhorar a experiência.

Pésimo apartamento en París

La ubicación del apartamento es estupenda. Se encuentra en una calle secundaria, lo que permite acceder sin problema y descansar bien. Lo único malo es que el fin de semana, en los bajos del edificio se encuentra un bar y se escucha algo de ruido, pero no es culpa del apartamento. La ropa de cama estaba muy limpia.

El resto no me gustó nada. En cuanto llegué revisé todo el apartamento e informé al dueño/a de las roturas y cosas en mal estado para que no me reclamara nada a posteriori. En primer lugar, el baño tenía moho en el techo y las juntas de los azulejos están negras. El lavabo no tiene tapón, por lo que hay que tener mucho cuidado pues se puede caer cualquier cosa y no recuperarla. La ducha estaba sucia, los rincones negros y el WC sucísimo, negro, de no haberlo limpiado desde la obra. Nos encontramos bastoncillos de los oídos y papel higiénico en el suelo. Falta de limpieza absoluta. En relación con el salón, la cama, al ser sofá cama, estaba hundido y no se dormía bien. El interior del sofá estaba destrozado, de lo cual informé al dueño. Las cortinas de la única ventana del salón están para cambiarlas, manchadas, sucias, rotas. La TV no pudimos verla pues no tenía los cables necesarios para poder ver algo. (Informé de ello al dueño/a y nunca tuve respuesta) La balda de debajo de la tv casi caída, sucia y con papeles de otros inquilinos. La suciedad en los cuadros de 1 dedo de polvo y en las lamparas igual. Faltaban luces que estaban fundidas. En el dormitorio, la cama imposible, hundida y fatal. La tv de la habitación desconectada y sin cables suficientes para poder ponerla. Los armarios sucios y baldosas rotas en el suelo. De todo tengo videos y fotografías por si alguien las necesita.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est appréciable, à proximité direct du Paris touristique et du métro.

La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer, sol sale, lave vaisselles pas vidé (vaisselles sales a l’intérieur), odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain (solution : sopalin humide et bol dans la douche pour obstruer l’évacuation), verre brisé sous le lit.

La ubicación y las instalaciones de la cocina.

La ducha muy sucia le falta rasquetear los hongos, y el baño mucho olor a cloaca, hay que mantener la tapa baja y la puerta siempre cerrada. Muy apretado para 4 personas con equipajes grandes

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Wir waren sowieso die meiste Zeit in Paris unterwegs. Für den Preis war es wirklich okay.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Oper ist unschlagbar! 10/10! Der Vermieter war sofort erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar zwei Stunden früher in die Wohnung gelassen. In früheren Bewertungen las ich von Gestank aus dem Badezimmer- das kann ich nicht bestätigen.

Das Interieur ist echt heruntergekommen und teilweise kaputt. Auch die Sauberkeit war unterirdisch.
