Good from the outside but the inside..

The staff was amazingly kind and cook a late dinner and a breakfast for us. The garden is very nice. Looks beautiful from the outside, interesting natural experience with the bathroom 😅

Only cold water in the evening which was very annoying as we arrived very cold and wet from our trip (though it was hot in the morning). Stinky bathroom after rain, very small room with mold? on the wall?😅, no place to put your belongings (had to take in the outside chair) or to hang wet towel. The mattress was bad, very soft and we were sliding in the middle all the time as the mattress had bad indentation. The bathroom is an experience by itself 😅 it wasn't that bad but we had slugs there and there is no drainage so all your showering water goes right into the earth. (Let's face it, we are in Indonesia and it happens a lot here. But it doesn't mean it's right

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff was very friendly and the place was neatly decorated, and they helped organize our trekking to Mt Batur too. Big thanks to the staff here making our stay really enjoyable!

Truly one of the most amazing stay experience we've ever had here in Bali! The staff was super chill and really fun to talk to, they even gave us a few snacks on the house! The room we stayed was made out of bamboo and i think it's super neat, not to mention the bed is really comfy too. Would love to come back here again sometimes!

Good location for hike of Mt. Batur, but be aware of the deals offered by the staff.

- Location is great in case your main reason for coming to this area is hiking up Mt. Batur - it's actually very easy to find a way to hike from this accommodation, you don't even need a guide (and yes, lots of people hike for sunrise every day, apparently about 500 hundred so you won't get lost) - The room was small, but comfortable enough for 1 person and short stay (I stayed for 2 nights) - you can rent a jacket for 50.000 for the hike if you don't have one (highly recommend it as it's really cold up there)

- I highly recommend you to arrange your own transfer since if you ask at this accommodation, they will arrange it for you for double price (Grab or Gojek don't really work in this completely remote area). - There is literally nothing in the walking distance from this place, of course even if you rent a bike, the choices are very limited in the area, as expected. - one of the employees tricked me, offered to give me a ride down to the lake at certain price and later said that it was a mistake because of his English and charged me 10x more, be careful, very unpleasant experience

Décevant - une véritable galère pour se mouvoir sans scooter et paroi beaucoup trop fine

La proximité avec Guet your guide (12mn à pied)

Un mur d’un centimètre d’épaisseur qui m’a permis de ne dormir que 4h00 à cause d’un couple très amoureux. On entend même les chuchotements. Une « mafia » des transports. Vraiment bon courage à vous si vous n’avez pas de voiture ou scooter comme moi !!!

Logement simple mais bien situé pour faire la randonnée du mont Batur à pieds . Nous avons été forcé de le faire avec l’hôtel. Le patron n’est vraiment pas sympa quand il s’agit d’argent. Insiste lourdement. Nous indique que vous ne pouvez pas faire la randonnée seul, alors que c’est largement faisable

Bruyant mais OK pour une nuit

Le bungalow est sympa avec petite terasse couverte, chaises et table et salle de bain individuelle propre, eau chaude, literie confortable et draps propres, multiprise, wifi qui fonctionne bien. Personnel sympathique, ils proposent à manger le soir (fried rice, fried noodle, du basique) et des boissons chaudes/froides. Le jardin est agréable, deux grandes tables couvertes pour manger un bout dans le jardin. L'emplacement est top pour le départ du trek puisqu'on part à pied pour 1h30 d'ascension avec un depart a 4h, en revanche pas grand chose autour à part se balader dans le village et les champs, mais au coucher du soleil j'ai bien apprécié. Vous pouvez demander un guide directement avec l'hôtel, le prix est convenable (350k incluant petit déjeuner, bâton, lampe, entrée pour le site) Check out à midi, j'ai apprécié le fait qu'on puisse prendre une douche et se reposer après le volcan :)

Les constructions collées à la guest house qui font des travaux toute la journée jusqu'à 21h30.. Pas super, prévoyez des boules quies ! On entends absolument tout, même les voisins se brosser les dents. C'est bien pour une nuit c'est tout. Attention, pas de gojek ni de taxi dans les rues, prévenez la guest pour réserver un véhicule pour votre prochaine destination après le volcan
