Lavender Lodge, Accessible

The check-in process was very easy and convenient, with the lockbox number provided in advance so we could let ourselves in without any hassle. The welcome pack was a nice touch, and it was also useful to have cleaning products provided in the lodge.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the lodge were disappointing. There were live and dead spiders throughout, including dead ones in the bed and bathroom and live ones in the plastic drawers. There were also lots of stains on the carpets and net curtains, and the lodge had an unpleasant smell when we first arrived and really needed airing. The bed also kept shaking/moving during the night for an unexplained reason, which was quite unsettling. We considered not staying for the second night and ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. Although being right next to the resort facilities is a positive, it also meant it was very loud at night. This made getting our little one to sleep quite difficult. Thankfully, the noise didn’t continue too late into the night. Overall, the lodge felt like it needed a thorough clean and some attention to its general condition.

Clean, airy, accessible!!!,

Nothing.

It was close to Fairfield. Nice quiet and calm site, very peaceful.

The little things that needed fixing in the accommodation. For a high price I'd expect everything to be up together but the accommodation was a bit tired and in need of some love.
