The lodge is a great destination for family and friends with an open-plan living space, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a large veranda providing lake-side views, relaxing furniture & BBQ. There is one designated parking place and an over-flow carpark.
Discover the perfect lakeside retreat in this stylish and inviting holiday home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. As you enter the lodge, you walk into a spacious, tastefully furnished open-plan living area that offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather, socialise, or unwind after a day of fishing or exploring.
The living room leads into the kitchen, which features a dining table that seats four comfortably, making it ideal for family meals or a quick breakfast. The fully fitted modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, 4-ring hob, oven, fridge and coffee machine, ensuring it is perfect for both short breaks and longer getaways.
Towards the rear of the property, you will find the peaceful master bedroom featuring a double bed. There is also a separate twin bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children, friends, or additional guests. The spacious family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower. To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, all bedrooms are prepared with hotel-quality linen and essential consumables.
Step outside from the living room onto the veranda to take in the stunning lake views. The outdoor decking area is furnished with ample seating and includes a barbecue, creating the perfect setting to relax, dine al fresco, and enjoy the surrounding wildlife as the sun sets over the water.
Well behaved pets are allowed however please give details when making your booking. There is an additional fee of £30 per pet.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
A travel cot and high chair are available in the property. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot)
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the lodge sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guests will have access to the whole property, including exclusive use of the garden.

The team have many years experience in managing the listings and will ensure my property is professionally cleaned and guest ready ahead of your arrival. They also provide 24/7 guest support.
Guests have exclusive access to the property and use of a private car parking space.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
