Luxury 3 Bed Home by the Lake

The location. It was very peaceful with plenty of wildlife.

Imparts were looking a little tired, such as the shower.

Location and views, easy check in and out. Was able to arrive a few hours earlier than specified.

2nd bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. 10am check out was quite early.

Great location. Clean. Great facilities. Very convenient parking. Secure. Safe.

It would have been nice to have been given some information about the local area. e.g. printed info on site would be great.

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds and right next to the water park which has lots of activities. The property itself was very clean.

The property would have been perfect however it lacked some basic comforts that I’d expect in a holiday home. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable that one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. The bedding on one of the beds in the 3rd bedroom smelt like it wasn’t washed properly so therefore could not be used. Some basics weren’t included like coffee (why put a coffee machine if you aren’t going to provide coffee pods), salt, pepper. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided. There were absolutely no toiletries provided as advertised on booking.com. We had to purchase all of these items from the supermarket, so be prepared to do that if you stay here.
