Unique Two-Patios - Stylish Stay by Pico Fortress

Die Lage oberhalb des Zentrums, trotzdem konnte man zu Fuß runter und manchmal auch rauf gehen. Eine Taxe ist aber auch sehr schnell und sehr günstig. Sehr gut schließende Fenster, man hat keine vorbeifahrenden Autos gehört. Große Wohnung mit großem Bad und großer Dusche. Auch die Küche war sehr groß. Toll, daß es eine Waschmaschine gab.

Die Wohnung ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Der große Schrank hatte nur 2 Ablagefächer. Im Wohnzimmer stand nur ein kleines Sofa. Lediglich auf einem kleinen Sekretär konnte man Sachen/Unterlagen hinlegen. Es gab zwar 2 Balkone/Terrassen. Die zwei einzigen Stühle waren sehr unbequem. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist für einen etwas längeren Mietwagen quasi nicht zu nutzen, weil es der letzte Platz direkt an der Wand ist. Morgens und nachmittags herrscht draußen Park- und Anfahrtchaos, weil in der Nebenstraße ein Kindergarten ist.

Large, very clean. Indoor parking was appreciated and essential.

Pillows, loud neighbour beside. Poor soundproofing of plat.

Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, 15min piechotą do centrum Funchal. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i czyste. Kuchnia wyposażona wystarczająco żeby przygotowywać sobie posiłki. Pralka pozwala na wypranie brudnych ubrań. Wygodne łóżko, poduszki w porządku. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, zameldowanie i wymeldowanie zrobiliśmy bezkontaktowo, nie było z niczym problemu.

Głośni sąsiedzi nie szanujący ciszy nocnej. Brak klimatyzacji mimo września czasem doskwierał. Poza tym wszystko w porządku.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well prepared. The host was very kind, helpful and responsive. The flowers on the terrace were blooming. The parking place provided is very useful if you do not want to keep the rented car in the public parking lot. I was lucky, because when I arrived, the garage door was still open, so I could sneak in without the remote controller. Otherwise I would recommend parking outside in R. do Alto do Pico street if you find a free parking lot, until you get the keys and acquire the remote controller of the garage door, to not wait too long at the garage entrance.

The apartment is on a very steep road. Approaching it either on foot or by car is challenging. This is typical to Madeira, so this is not the fault of the apartment, but be prepared.
