I had a great stay! Modern, clean, lovely studio! Easy check-in, helpful staff! Calm area with a supermarket, bus/subway station very close by. I was surprised how clean and well-maintained the place is. It is really quite remarkable! I will definitely stay there again! Really well managed property and great facilities!

Is was a new building,modern nice neighbourhood with new buildings. The kitchen was new, modern furniture, when we entered the room , the smell of cleanliness was a pleasant surprise.The room was very hot and the bed comfortable! Although we arrived three hours earlier than the check in, they were able to give us the key to our room. Thank you very much !
There was no shampoo, only shower gel , but that was not so important.

I really wish I could give it a higher rating, but I can't.
Positives:
- Very new, new building, top notch.
- We loved the area, it was the nicest area I've been to in Sofia. Almost no soviet building around.
- Close to metro, Billa nearby, lost of places to eat within 5 min walk.

Sound insulation is terrible. We had to leave after just one night, as it was impossible to sleep. You can hear every sound neighbours make, I assume maybe moving chairs, we even woke up from someone else's alarm on the other appartment! And it was set to vibration only.
Noisy inside too. Even though we were on the 8th floor, you can hear the traffic pretty well even with windows closed. Loud fridge buzz which is inside the room.
Terrible pillows.
In general, had terrible sleep due to noise both inside and outside, bad pillows and also it was super warm inside. As this hotel was only meant for sleep, and we didn't hang out in the hotel as a freetime activity, that really is a deal breaker. Which is why we just left after one day.
Also, the coffee vending machine at reception was out of service.
Oh, also, had a bit of an unpleasant start to the trip, as hotel claims to have parking, and when booking I did not notice if I booked the yes to parking or no to parking room, then I received a message on booking asking if I need parking, to which I replied yes of course, how do I reserve it?, and got a reply that all good, saved a parking spot for me.
Then upon arrival the lady said parking is 10 bgn per day, and I noted that I reserved parking on the booking, and she said "yeah but not paid for it". Thing is, there was plenty parking around, so we just parked the car freely, so I told her that we don't need a paid parking spot (I assume thats maybe underground parking?), but two things bothered me about it:
1) I feel like it should have been noted via messages, it should have been clarified that parking is extra and I did not book extra, instead of asking "will you use parking" as if it was already included. It was the perfect opportunity to clarify it's a paid service via the messages.
