Het ligt in het centrum van Rome, dichtbij veel belangrijke en mooie bezienswaardigheden. Er zijn genoeg horeca mogelijkheden in de directe omgeving, net zoals winkels en bushaltes.
Eerlijk is eerlijk: de douchecabine moet echt vernieuwd worden. Er moet ook iets aan de warmwaterkraan op de badkamer gedaan worden, er komt amper warm water uit.. De temperatuur in de woning, over het algemeen was aan de lage kant.

Shower needs upgrade: water does not drain well. Lots of noise from residents coming and going all hours
