La posizione centrale rispetto ai vari posto da visitare.
Tutte le comunicazioni da parte dell 'host in inglese. Probabilmente la maggior parte dei clienti che scelgono la struttura sono esteri, ma può succedere che anche degli italiani che non conoscono bene l'inglese prenotino un soggiorno ed avere tutte le info dai messaggi su booking che le istruzioni dentro la casa tutte e sono in inglese secondo me è un limite.

En el baño para 4 personas 2 rollos de papel para 5 días. Una toalla para cada uno, el baño incómodo. Camas incomodisimas. Ropa en los cajones???
