The location was great and Roberta was very helpful and responded quickly when we needed to communicate with her. The size was perfect for our family and had just about everything we needed.
The AC was working poorly for the first 24 hours or so, which made it pretty hot in the apartment (especially because it was the middle of summer and it's on the top floor of the building) and we had trouble sleeping that first night. We reached out to Roberta and she tried to help us troubleshoot, then ultimately scheduled someone to check out the units. He came the next day and fixed the issue! The apartment was super comfortable after that. We ran out of toilet paper so had to buy some more, and the bathroom hand soap ran out.

I liked the proximity to attractions and restaurants.
The patio was a bonus but it could use some maintenance and comfortable chairs.

Very local to a lot of the attractions and to lovely bars and restaurants
The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and there was a lack of storage space
