    We had a great stay during travel stopover. Our room was upgraded (I think to compensate for the noise because they are installing solar panels that time). For ₱1,500 (through Agoda), it literally feels like home: - with living area: couch, smart TV, fan - with 4- seater dining table and chair - kitchen: full 2-door refrigerator with ice maker, water heater, microwave, utensils (spoons, forks, plates, cups, glasses), a big gallon of water for free, dishwashing liquid and sponge - separate air conditioned room with cabinets Place is accessible, wide parking, and with 7 eleven across the street There is no resto though, you just order through Grab or Food Panda

    Value for money and big rooms, with drinking water and kettle in the room, microwave oven, refrigerator and utensils. 7-11 across the street. Will consider booking again

    The residence has no elevator, so if you get a higher-floor room, prepare not to skip leg day. The photos and room description are misleading — there is no kitchenette inside, no dishes, so no possibility to cook for yourself. You’ll get only a kettle; tea/coffee you have to buy yourself. A nearby 7/11 and some restaurant solve the hunger problem. The room has a noisy AC; it’s impossible to sleep when it’s on. Also, somebody nearby was doing karaoke early in the morning, which didn’t help with sleep either. After check-in, be prepared to be on your own if you have requests or questions — nobody will answer you.
