Lovely location that was suitable for our needs. Property was well decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive to an issue we had, and this was resolved quickly and efficiently. A lovely stay.
The stairs might be a challenge for anyone who is less mobile as they are wooden and quite steep.

It is a lovely cottage with everything you might need. There are towels, Internet, brochures of things to do in the area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host also had the nice gesture of leaving a basket with bread (a delicious one), coffee, milk and jam. It also has a nice little garden. Great location if you are travelling by car in Kent or East Sussex.
The only negative thing is that the instructions of where to find the key were not clear and we had to call the host.

Well decorated, great location, with everything for a short to long term stay.
Extra touches like the welcome pack were appreciated.
Quiet place to stay, with a homely feel. Bedding was great quality and bed was comfortable.
Minor issue with gate sticking, tap in bathroom turning, and dust on windows and behind decorative baskets. Batteries in remote didn't work. These would not detract from staying again.

Very cozy cottage to spend xmas in, there was a welcome pack and xmas decoration were put up.a very nice touch.
