2 Bedroom Caravan, New Beach Holiday Park

Clean and comfortable stay

- We had to pay for entertainment passes in order to use swimming facilities, which we didn't anticipate so this was an extra cost we weren't expecting as host informed us we could just book it at reception - no nearby parking so be prepared to carry luggage from carpark when arriving/leaving

It was a very nice location to have a bank holiday away with my partner, the caravan was clean and tidy.

When we walked in we spotted a few ants on the floor and when we got to the kitchen there were more on that kitchen counter, the sink and also on the wall as well, not enough pans and there was one but it was broken.

Great location, near facilities and local towns

The location was perfect for what we needed, shops nearby by car, great pub for food called the Neptune and the beach just a few minutes walk away. We travelled with 3 children under 10 and a dog so good walks nearby is key for us. We travelled by car to some open arcades. Overall we made the best out of our stay.

When we arrived there were dirty socks on the step outside the caravan, upon entering there was a used towel on the bathroom floor, bedding was clearly used and dirty ( luckily I had asked if we needed our own before arriving or this would have been a big issue) We were told to make sure the dog didn't make any stains but the sofas were already covered in stains which I took a photo of straight away in case we were told that it was us. There isn't parking close to the caravan and the grass was muddy and boggy so trying to carry all your belongings across from the car park wasn't ideal. We cleaned the caravan when we arrived so we made the best of the situation, I wouldnt pay that amount we did for the standard we received and we are not fussy people.
