Beds were comfy, fully equipped kitchen with cleaning products and toilet roll and soap were provided. When arrived it was clean, could smell the disinfectant. Very spacious. Instructions were clear on how you get into the caravan. Close to the entertainment and arcades. Nice area just close to the main road but it would get quiet of a night.
Just little touch ups needed like the door clip doesn’t aline so it wouldn’t stay open and we couldn’t find the tv remote.

Very uncomfortable sofa and really muddy approach to the caravan.

Spacious caravan, plenty of storage space. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, crockery and glasses.
There wasn't towels or toilet roll provided as stated on advert but luckily I had packed these. The TV reception wasn't great and kept losing the picture. We could not get the gas fire to ignite. There was a plate of left over xmas dinner in the microwave which obviously the previous holiday makers had forgotten about.Our last evening we didn't have any hot water or heating so could not shower and spent the evening huddled up on the sofa under a duvet I messaged the host but unfortunately did not receive a response. We vacated early as was so cold
