Very clean and comfortable, friendly welcoming staff
Nice large comfy bed and very large room. Private and quiet. Immaculately clean.
There is no ability to buy food or drinks at the hotel, but it did have a kitchen in the luxury suite.

Peaceful and relaxing
Comfortable clean room and quiet. Can’t remember the young man’s name that was on duty but he is very friendly and helpful, also the lady that was attending to the room was pleasant.

Suitable for my needs but would probably not be acceptable for many.
The young man who checked me in was friendly and helpful and advised he had only recently taken over the hotel. He was helpful when I had a couple of issues. It was quiet, with free parking and the facilities were what I needed for an overnight work trip.
Allowing for him only just taking over the hotel he has his work cut out. The hotel is dated and needs some updating and maintenance. I wish him all the best with his new venture.

Fantastic local hotel, half the price of the premier inn, will be back.
Friendly lad checked me in and showed me my room, clean, smart room, free wifi, no noise, big carpark, nice place overall, will probably stay here again.
There wasn't really anything to complain about, cleaning lady nearly walked in on me in the morning but not an issue.

Clean, quiet, safe, convenient
I have been here before I’m from Stafford so know the area, the rooms I’ve experienced are very quiet, there is a kitchen for guests use too and a car park (even though first come first served)
The bed although good had a huge dip in the middle and was a little uncomfortable but not dreadful, it could be much improved. The carpet could do with a deep clean, as became clear when wearing white socks
