Casa Lunamar - Sol y Mar

Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung war toll, Betten und Sofa bequem. Leider gab es in dem Kinderzimmer keine Klimaanlage, daher haben wir die Couch im Wohnzimmer zum „ Bett“ umfunktioniert. Das Sofa ist aber sehr bequem und groß genug dafür.

Die Küche war sehr staubig, der Boden krümelig. Die Terrasse und Couch sandig. Hier hätte man am Tag vorher gern noch einmal saugen und wischen dürfen. Das Geschirrtuch und die Handtücher hatten Flecken, haben nicht frisch gewaschen gerochen, lagen da vielleicht schon einige Wochen, das würde den Eindruck der staubigen Küchenzeile entsprechen. Die Ecken der Leisten auf der Küchenplatte sind lose, diese müssten einmal fest geklebt werden. Im Obergeschoss die Balkontür verriegelt automatisch, hier fehlt ein Schild an der Tür, damit man sich nicht aussperrt.

I liked the location, the apartment...everything. The supermarket was very closed.

The patio doors to the balcony lock when you close them meaning you are stuck on the balcony. I had to climb down and luckily the downstairs door was open

Poor cleaning, found a dirty t-shirt under the bed, as well as lots of dust bunnies, cutlery that was dirty, no coffee maker or bread knife. Coffee maker and bread knife were fixed. Stored rubbish on top balcony (empty pots with withered plants and bad garden chairs). No documentation on the use of a washing machine, without hot water for a day due to no information on what could be the cause. Do not pre-book transport via owner, they arrived 2 hours late to the airport.
