Neuilly Paradise

The check-in process was very smooth - the host informed us of the door code prior to our arrival which made the access very easy. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Very comfortable stay. Easy access to public transport. Great communication by the host.

There was a minor hiccup with the room facility; Booking.com stated the room had air conditioning, however, this was not the case. We were in Paris during the heat wave so the air conditioning system was necessity. The host handled this situation very well when we enquired and provided us with compensation! :)

Location is excellent. Instructions were detailed and matched the world perfectly. The apartment is well-stocked.

The instructions were not translated, which in 2026 is a choice. The instructions were dumped all in a single lump prior to check-in. Later instead of answering questions, the property manager would say "It's all in the instructions". Many small instances of disrepair.

Apartament luminos si curat intr-o zonă foarte bună. Paturile au fost confortabile iar apartamentul are toate facilitățile inclusiv o bucătărie. Este la aproximativ 250 de metri de stația de metrou. Se află la etajul 3 cu lift. Proprietara este foarte amabilă.

Nu a existat ceva să nu îmi placă, totul a fost minunat.

The location was very good between 2 metros, close to a very large park and modern art museum. It was 20 mins walk from the conference I was attending. Very clean apartment, very comfy beds. The 3 large doors opened to let in the air. The road was very noisy but this did not stop me from sleeping at all. It was lovely to have a bath as well. When I did get the coffee machine and little oven very usefu. Nice big fridge with freezer useful for ice for my gin and tonics.

I had problems using the coffee machine and microwave as they were older models and there were no instructions. I did in the end get instructions from the host but it would have been useful to have had a print out of these in the accommodation in the kitchen. The washing machine that was advertised did not work but that was not a problem as I decided not to use it.
