Lovely spacious, bright apartment with comfy bed and sofa. Toilet separate to bathroom. Great location-5 minute walk to metro station (line 9). Supermarket next door (closed Sunday afternoons). Plenty of cafes/restaurants in area. No aircon but 2 decent fans provided.
Shortage of sockets in bedroom. After booking and paying, we discovered that there was a check in fee (cash) and that there would be only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel provided per person-insufficient for a 9 night stay in my opinion. Extra sets could be ordered in advance for €5 (cash). Hand soap provided but no shampoo/shower gel despite 'free toiletries' being listed.

Lokalizacja świetna, cisza, spokój, piękny widok z okna i balkonu. Mieszkanie było przestronne, dobrze wyposażone, jest sporo miejsca do przechowywania. Ogromnym plusem jest winda w budynku oraz market zaraz obok.
Słabym punktem była czystość. Posprzątane tylko na wierzchu, w łazience ilość kamienia pod prysznicem sprawiała, że ciężko mi się było zrelaksować. Widok z okien piękny ale okna same tak brudne, że ciężko się nim cieszyć. To samo z balkonem, chcąc się wypić poranną kawkę na balkonie najpierw musiałam mocno posprzątać.
Mieszkanie wymaga też napraw. W łazience nie było światła, tylko takie małe przy lustrze, klosz od lampki nocnej spalony, itp. Generalnie nie są to jakiś wielkie rzeczy ale moim zdanie wymagają uwagi od właściciela.

Beautiful apartment in the best area of Paris! The view from the balcony is a dream, the perfect spot to admire the typical Parisian architecture. Very comfortable and functional. Just a 20-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and 40 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Surrounded by lovely cafés and restaurants. We truly hope to return!

La situation géographique, appartement au 6;eme étage, pas de bruit du voisinage, très bien équipé, confortable, bon accueil,devKristina qui a fait le check’in avec moi, et j’ai apprécié la réactivité des membres de B’Your dont David.
Il ne s’agit pas de quelque chose que je n’ai pas aimé mais je dois vous signaler que les ampoules des deux lampes de chevet de part et d’autre du lit sont trop fortes:45;watts et l’abat jour de l’une d’elle a été détériorée par la chaleur dégagée. Déjà dans cet état à mon arrivée !Je n’ai utilisé que très rarement l’autre lampe de chevet mais vous devriez changer les ampoules pour des ampoules de 35 watts maximum : c’est d’ailleurs inscrit sur les lampes…
