Nice compact apartment with good connections

The property was nice, compact and comfortable. It's just 3 minutes from the courbevoie station and in a very peaceful area. The facilities were good and clean.

The stairs. The apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift on the building. If you have heavy luggage you may need to consider.

Comfy apartment

The rooms were clean and the kitchen supplies were useful.

It was on 4th floor without lift and we had a lot of bags. So it was difficult to shift.

It was not a comfortable stay at the apartment .

Location

Shower area, very very narrow. Linen and bed covers should change. I didn’t feel like new or washed covers. Pillows and covers were very old. Looks dirty head rest of bed. Sofa bed has got water marks, need to change. Bed room lock was broken.There was no light in the kitchen area. Sorry 😞 I have some pictures from the apartment but I don’t want to share. Requesting the host to look after the apartment for a comfortable stay for the guest. Definitely it’s a good location but….

Pleasant

Good phone/mail contact with owner. Good location (one train stop from La Defense) close to big communication station. Close to shops - 300m.

Noisy apartment - every 15 min train and you can hear all neighbours with small kids. Creaking floor in apartment and corridor. During day it is not an issue but in the evening it is a problem. Leaking shower. Some big travel bags in one room. Rooms are cleanned but the best times of this appartment are gone.

Cool!

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Separate bedroom with enormous bed, big windows, kitchen with all kithen equipment. There is enough space in closets, there's a washing machine, apartment is warm in the winter. And the owner is always helpful and kind.

It's a little bit noisy, I could hear all the neighbours and sounds from the street.
