Nice room, friendly staff, sauna is clean and big
Upon arrival they told us there was no continental breakfast, but breakfast in the room. Huge disappointment. The goal when we book a nice hotel is to have a wonderful breakfast, taking the time, and have a big choice, not to eat on a bed. We travel a LOT it was a first for us, and did not enjoy it:(
Also there was some hair in our bathroom which is annoying. The rest of the hotel seemed to be clean, especially the sauna which was spotless.

The modernity with good facilities - free car park is a bonus.
Check in time is strictly adhered to (1600 hrs) after a long drive from San Sebastian we would have liked to get our room on arrival (1500hrs) - not a lot to ask if the room is ready.

The staff were very kind, especially those in the dining room. The bed was huge and therefore we slept very well. The bathroom was big and clean.
We travel a lot and for the first time in my life we had to pay €140,50 deposit. We were not advised about this beforehand and I find it quite steep. We still have not gotten it back.
