Very clean, new furniture, very quiet and very close to the sea and the central area of Stavros. Had good mosquito nets, good air conditioning - in both bedrooms, and plenty of kitchen appliances. Spacious enclosed garden space for kids. Extremely kind and accommodating hosts.

Good value for last minute booking

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with kitchen full of everything you may need. Furniture is new and modern. Less than 10 minutes walking distance from the main street and the restaurants.

- Quite far from the better beaches. You should use a car. The closest beach near the key is full of rocks and sea urchins in the water. - One of the rooms in the apartment had air conditioner and the other - fan. It is not okay. It was quite hot in the room with the fan. - There was only one pair of keys for the room which is not very suitable for 4 people. - Also a single roll of toilet paper is not enough for 4 people for 3 nights. Despite these issues my overall opinion is very good.

Exceptional

We stayed here for a week, and we're definitely coming back, I'm giving it 10 out of 10 for each category. The place is super clean, safe, with everything nearby - mini markets, restaurants, beaches. Hosts are super friendly, environment is child proof, it really felt like being home! You have a backyard to relax and enjoy your coffee (or whatever you prefer) at any time during the day, there is a big tree shade. It's a shame we had to go back home :)

I strongly recommend this property! It's absolutely amazing . Very clean and comfortable, perfect furniture, was feeling I am at home! The landlady is very friendly and nice to communicate with her. Definitely will visit again and again!

Excellent stay in Stavros

The apartment is perfect for families of four. There are two big enough separate rooms, bathroom and kitchen section. There is a private garden with an access from one of the bedrooms. It was very clean and cozy. The host Niki is very kind and hospitable. She's always one phone call away if needed. She answered all our questions and let us know that we can count on her for all kind of support. Last but not least - the location. Niki's apartment is in 5 minutes walk from the main tourist street or Stavros and from the harbour too. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much Niki!

Спалнята е с вентилатор и трябва да се оставя вратата, за да стига от всекидневната хлад. На 8-10 миути от плажа и центъра.

Препоръчвам с две ръце.Местоположението е отлично,особено ако сте с малки деца.На 5 минути от центъра и 7-8 мин.от плажа.Тихо и спокойно,със собстено дворче и терска,кухня оборудвана с всичко необходимо.Чисто,привеливо,домакинята усмихната и отзивчива.Ще го посетим поне още веднъж този сезон,а за следващия може и повече😊 Да добавя.Домакинята беше оставила бутилка с вода в хладилника,като пристигнем да се рзхладим.Имаше капсули за кафемашината,бонбони,захар,малки вафлички.Малък жест,но стопля. Как да не е доволен човек!?
