Just perfect❤

The bungalow is lovely, very clean and neat, located in a shady garden, some 100 m from the Milies beach. The beach is sandy with shallow crystal clear water and some rocks at the entrance. Both the owner- Mrs. Valentina and her daughter are very kind and helpful in any aspect, absolutely pet friendly, their hospitality and friendliness is unforgettable. We liked everything there and enjoyed our holidays very much. Hopefully, we will be given an opportunity to meet them again❤

nice cozy house

What I like: The simplicity of the house, the rooms are cozy and clean. The beautiful bird song, the quietness of the place. So many trees that we have done picture of them. The place it is so close to the sea, Iannis Tavernas is verry beautiful and great, fresh food, just for relaxing.

What can be improved: No remote on AC - the host bring the remote after I ask it No sugar,coffee, salt and pepper on the recipient beautifully placed in the new kitchen How to work with the stove The bed mattress, verry uncomfortable. No toilet paper No towels to change No extra blankets No extra pillows No broom (found a broom behind the house, no mop for washing the floor.

Exceptional

The place is amazing spot for vacation - on one side is mountain behind the house and just few steps away is the beach. The house has big veranda with beautiful garden around with lemon, orange and olive trees - it's like you are in paradise garden. I will definitely visit this place many many times ahead :)

Wonderful relaxing holiday

We went with two kids earlier this July. Everything was really as described- close to the beach, amid the natural shades, peaceful...wonderful holiday. Lady Valentina is so helpful and dear! We would like to come here again.

A bug or two which crawled inside, however, one has to take into the account the fact that the bungalow is surrounded by trees and grass.

Superb

A very nice bungalow with all you need...and more. It is perfect for a family vacation. The garden is awesome, like a piece of haven. Everything is calm and quiet, you can hear the birds singing by day and the grass hoppers by night :) The location is good but it is a bit too far from the center. So it's better to go by car. There is a very good seafood restaurant to 10-15 minutes walk. The beach is right across the street, very nice, clean and sandy. It is perfect for kids, too. Our host, Valentina was extremely kind and welcoming. She lives in a house attached to the bungalow but you can hardly notice her presence. She is such a nice lady, a real role model for those of her age. She does not speak English very well but it was not a problem, we got along more than well.

Valentina's bungalow

The location is the best part of the property. There are many trees in the big garden and around the property, including couple of walnut trees that keep a deep shadow, which makes a cooling effect during the very warm days. The garden is also quite big, perfect for small children. And it is very close to the beach, around 5 minutes walk.

I didn't like the very small kitchen and that there's no dining table inside. The host Valentina (aged around 80) was almost permanently at the property next to the bungalow in her house, we had the feeling that we were being observed and once in a while she was telling the children what is allowed or not allowed to do in the garden. The host Valentina spoke only russian (or ukrainian) and not that good german and greek. So if you speak only english communication would be a big problem. Also it's not the best place for families with 3 small children, we requested a baby bed, instead we got a foldable bed. The sleeping part for me at my wife was not that comfortable. Not enough space for 2 adults and 3 children. The property is located on a small street and it's the very last house at the end, 2 or 3 houses ahead there were 4 big dogs kept in the garden, and at least one of the dogs is always outside on the street. So if you have to pass by walking you have to deal with a not so friendly dog.
