Definitely a place to return to

It's been one of the most beautiful holidays so far, thanks not only to this great accommodation, but also to our kind, welcoming and helpful host Chara. The place is perfect for a family with kids or/and pets as it has very comfortable beds, two outside sitting areas and a large, beautiful garden with a playground. Nearby there are several beaches that you can choose from.

The unassuming village of Olympiada is a hidden gem tucked away along winding coastal roads. Here, you won't find the usual tourist trappings—no bustling crowds, souvenir shops, blaring music, heavy traffic, or packed restaurants. Instead, you'll discover pristine sandy beaches, welcoming locals, and a tranquil atmosphere where time moves at its own gentle pace. Casa Alegria captures the essence of this charming village perfectly. The property offers serenity and space, featuring a beautiful garden with generous distance between accommodations. Despite its peaceful setting, you're just minutes away from local conveniences like the grocery store and the inviting beach. The host, Chara, enhances the entire experience with her warm hospitality and attentive care, making you instantly feel truly welcome.

We 100% recommend the place :)

The house and the area are simply very lovely. The owner - Chara is awesome. She welcomed us warmly when we came, she showed us many lovely places and gave us many small gifts e.g. homemade cakes etc :))) There are many coffee bars or shops very close to the appartment (5 mins walk) and we could eat something really nice for breakfast every day. The beaches are great and not crowded so you can really enjoy the time spent there. Additionally they are very close to the house. We recommend the place to everyone, you will LOVE it :) Thanks again SO MUCH Chara !!! :)

A perfect Greek holiday

The house is located in a very big and green garden, with lots of area for kids to play around. Very good wifi and airconditioning, lots of options to sit outside in the shade. The kitchen is fully equipped with tea,coffee,spices,olive oil and anything you might need to prepare your food. It is all very clean, a short walk to the town square and the beach. The owner also tells you about other excellent beaches within a 10minute drive. Great contact with the owner and the Greek cakes/desserts they she brings everyday just when you need a boost of energy are simply wonderful.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved everything abour our stay in Casa Alegria! The property has a huge well tended garden that is very suitable for kids and the individual houses are well placed and offer enough privacy. The kitchen was supplied with everything required for cooking and the house felt comfortable and well furnished. Our host Chara was exceptional - she welcomed us, gave us recommendations, brought us treats and was beyond pleasant to speak with. We will deifinitely be coming back!

Great place for families with kids and pets. Huge yard, very well maintained, pieceful and quiet environment, well equipped, clean and tidy houses. Only couple of blocks away from the beach and restaurants area. Very friendly hosts, trying to sarisfy each need.

Cozy, nice and comfortable, built with taste (really loved the concept), plenty of parking space, beautiful garden, playground for the children, simply perfect for families. Near the beach and its facilities... The hosts were very kind, helpful and polite. Would definitely visit the beautiful Casa Alegria again!

A cosy family house in a huge garden for you and your pets close to beaches and restaurants

If you a looking for a cosy family house in a huge garden for your family and pets just five minutes walk from the village beach and two minutes drive from two fantastic beaches, with the best host ever - Chara, who is there to help you 24/7, then this is the place for you. Chara, the host, welcomed us with cold lemonade and a bottle of wine and olive oil. The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable for a family of four with one chihuahua and one standard poodle. It also looked brand new as it had been recently refurbished. The garden was huge and we did not really notice the inhabitants of the other two guest houses as there was a huge lawn in front of each house. Each house has a porch to the East and another one to the West. Chara not only welcomed us with gifts but also was so kind to show us around the village, recommending the best restaurant. She also took us to the nearest beaches which were a few minutes drive from her property. Subsequently, we found out that the restaurant she recommended was indeed the best, as well as the two beaches we chose following her recommendation. During our stay, Chara was spoiling us with delicious Greek desserts she cooked herself. I should also mention that she was fluent in English as she had graduated English Literature so no issues with communication in English at all. Moreover, we had the house cleaned every day and towels and sheets changed every other day. Last but not least, the house is just a few minutes walk from the center where it was more noisy in the evenings, while we endulged a quiet and green neigberhood. After 12 nights spent at Casa Alegria, my daughters, 10 and 12, did not want to leave. I strongly recommend Casa Alegria in Olympiada.

Amazing place! Very beautiful interior, cosy and tidy. It has everything you need and much more. I recommend it to everybody who likes the comfort of home and the luxury of a fancy hotel combined into one. The wonderful and smiling host gives the place an awesome vibe. I will definitely visit it again!
