הנוף מהמרפסת מעל כל ציפייה. בתמונות באתר משום מה אפילו לא צילמו את היתרון הכי גדול של הדירה הזאת.

בעיית ניקיון חריגה. חדר שינה, אמבטיה, מרפסת - הכל היה מטונף. לא הכי קיף.
